What to write to us about

• Spec corrections. Tell us the product, the spec that’s wrong, and a link to the manufacturer page that shows the right value. We fix confirmed errors quickly.
• Missing routers. If a model you’re considering isn’t in the database, send us the exact model number.
• Hardware versions. If your router’s box shows a hardware version that differs from the one we describe, let us know.
• Everything else. Questions about the site, privacy requests, or press.

What we can’t help with

We can’t offer tech support for your router or your internet connection. Your router’s manufacturer or your internet provider is the best place for that.
